In regards to our group classes, there are no refunds. This is due to our responsibility to the tutors who spend time preparing for classes and working outside of class time. However, if you have enrolled in an individual package, you are allowed to change tutors.

Group classes are published on the main page of the website while individual classes are arranged directly through the school. This can afford families flexibility, especially if they are travelling or having to work around a whole host of other events and appointments. 

If a student misses a group class then they will not be credited with the time but will get the homework and the information needed to catch up. If a student has elected for individual sessions, they are permitted one rescheduling per package. Please give as much notice as possible in order to ensure that the tutor is able to meet your timeslot. 

Each group class is given a textbook upon payment and registration. It is an electronic copy that should be downloaded and opened with a computer or electronic device. Individual classes are given a book upon registration but there is complete flexibility in terms of subject matter and difficulty. 

Payment is made by either credit card or e-transfer. Please note that e-transfers are subject to a 3% discount in tuition payment. 

Sessions are offered either as individual or group format. Each group package lasts for 15 hours and each session is 90 minutes in duration. For those who prefer individual lessons, the school offers the option of scheduling lessons in one-hour, 90-minute, or two-hour blocks. This allows students to customize their learning experience based on their needs and preferences. Whether a student wants to take a course with a group or have individual lessons, this online school strives to provide options that fit into their busy schedules.

A minimum of two students are needed to start any group class. We will do our best to accommodate scheduling needs once the information is submitted in the enrolment process.
